   These Axiom vids are great. I used to have an Axiom speaker which were really good. Great stuff for the money.

   I built two 10″ subwoofers for my 10×12 room and powered it with an outboard electronic crossover and amp. Because of room gain, I’ve managed nearly flat response from 50Hz down to about 18Hz and usable output at even 15Hz. Nice part is that I used ancient Vifa 10″ M26 series drivers which I got ages ago for a project that didnt materialize. Now I couldnt be happier.

   What I was thinking of doing was getting a decent sub that isn’t necessarily extremely low in the frequency department, just so I can hear it, and then using a Buttkicker LFE Kit to give me the lower end frequency all the way down to 5Hz, I would save quite a bit of money I think, AND I would get a much greater effect, I just don’t see the point in spending like $2000 on a sub that goes down to 18 Hz, when I could spend $500 on a sub, and then $500 on a Buttkicker and get WAY lower Frequency.

    @CharlestonChew03 Big deal , I use a subwoofer array that demolishes eight Trinity subs in a room under 1200cu ft. My vids show you what over the top sub

    @1981z28camaro Some subwoofers sound much better…. high quality subwoofers will sound MUCH better than something cheap, even though they might hit same frequencies.
