Home Theater Speakers
Your home theater speakers consist of four different types of
speakers. They are your front left and right speakers, center channel speakers,
surround sound speakers and a sub woofer speakers.
1) The
front right and left loudspeakers can be as small as book shelf speakers
or they might be tall narrow speakers known as floor standing speakers (or tower
speakers). These are placed on each side of your TV.
2) Next comes your center channel speakers. This
speaker sits right above your TV. If your home theater room is large enough you
can have rear center channel speakers too that would be located on your back
wall.
3) The third type of speakers to have are your
surround sound speakers. These are located to either side of your primary
listening area and are wall mounted or on speaker stands.
4) The last type of home theater speakers are known as
sub woofers.
Most home theaters only need one sub woofer, but if the room is exceptionally
large then two might be needed. Subwoofer speakers deliver the deep bass
you will need to complete the realism you desire with your
home theater
speakers.
